Self-care and work-life balance
Employees begin with two weeks of vacation they can take after three months, plus sick and personal days, and 13 paid holidays. The Onward offices also are closed during the December school holiday vacation. Onward offers paid leave to employees who grow their families through birth, adoption, or foster care placements. Free, confidential support through our Employee Assistance Program helps employees with a variety of personal and work-related concerns. To reduce commuting costs and Onward’s carbon footprint, the organization has adopted a hybrid work environment for many positions.
