Joshua Flanagan joined Onward We Learn after nearly two years at the Rhode Island Department of Education, where he was responsible for special projects related to student and stakeholder engagement as an executive staff assistant to the commissioner. Prior to RIDE, he had been am Onward high school advisor and college success coach since 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Rhode Island in 2012.
