Jennifer is a first-generation college graduate who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Development from Providence College. Throughout her academic and professional career, her background has enabled her to appreciate the barriers many individuals face in achieving education and opportunity, which has inspired her to create inclusive environments for all. She strives to promote equity through mentoring, program development, and strategic collaboration.
