Elaine Santana was a middle school advisor at Onward from 2015-20 and returned to the organization in 2022 as a college success coach. Prior to returning, she provided college and career counseling in the guidance departments at Evolution High School and Mount Pleasant High School for two years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in human development and family studies from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Education in professional school counseling from Providence College.
