Daisel Ramos brings over 14 years of experience leading operations in both the non-profit sector as well as education. Most recently, Daisel served as Human Capital Coordinator at Central Falls School District where she improved Human Resource Systems, advocated for equitable practices and created opportunities to empower the community. She is passionate about redefining the field of Human Resources by focusing on people first. Daisel will be responsible for developing a people and culture strategy that aligns with Onward's mission, vision, values and strategic goals. Daisel was born in Puerto Rico is fluent in Spanish.
