LAUNCH
Congratulations, and welcome to Onward We Learn! We are excited to invite your student to join us for our LAUNCH program. This program will allow your child to meet other new Onward students, learn all about who we are, participate in various workshops that focus on decision-making, and engage in fun hands-on team-building activities. Students will also get to meet the middle school advisors!
Program date: Tuesday, Feb. 21 (The Monday program is full.)
Program times: 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Program location: Nathan Bishop Middle School, 101 Sessions St., Providence
Grades: 6 and 7
Notes: Bus transportation, morning snacks, and lunch will be provided. Students can sign up for this one-day program on either Monday or Tuesday.

STEM Camp
Onward We Learn invites your child to participate in our in-person one-day STEM camp program during February vacation! Students will participate in various workshops led by our advisors and a hands-on group activity with POW Science. For the group activity portion, students will work cooperatively in teams to design, engineer, and race against the clock to build the tallest tower in the room! Students will learn about patterns and explore the concept of ratios through building with limited resources and designing bridges that span a widening number of obstacles.
Program dates: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Feb. 22-24
Program times: 9 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Grades: 8 (Wednesday and Thursday), 6, and 7 (Friday)
