Esmeralda Santana, a Rhode Island native and Onward We Learn alumna, recently graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She previously interned at the Rhode Island Refugee Dream Center, assisting refugee families in securing social services, offering TELF(ESL) support, and assisting in mentoring youth. Esmeralda also has experience in ABA therapy and has touched on interning as a school social worker.
